Creating Dynamic Hyperlinks in Airtable Email Automations
When setting up email automations, there are times you might want to insert a clickable hyperlink that changes based on your data.
Instead of hardcoding links or setting up complicated formulas, there is a much simpler and more flexible way to do it.
Here is how you can set it up.
First, in your table, create two separate fields. One field will be for the link name, which is the text you want the reader to see. The other field will be for the link URL, which is the actual destination you want them to visit when they click.
Next, when you are writing your email template, you can build the link using this format:
[Link Name](Link URL)
This way, the email will display the link name as the clickable text. When someone clicks on it, it will take them directly to the link URL you have set.
Once you have added this into your email, send yourself a test email to make sure everything works as expected. You should see a clickable link where the text matches your link name, and clicking on it should take you to the correct link URL.
If everything looks good, your dynamic hyperlink setup is ready!
